The host server will block outbound internet access by blocking ports 25, 80 and 443

Port 25 is for email, 80 is for HTTP and 443 is for HTTPS. If you cannot access your web server or receive an error message when attempting to send outbound email, then you may be experiencing a Distributed Denial of Service (DDoS) attack.
